How it works
Your first pot stays active and free for life, with the full feature set — audit log, envelopes, categories, reports, contributions, project close-out. The day you want to run several pots at once or go past ten participants, you move to flish+ and choose the amount you pay yourself: your fair price, based on what the tool is worth to you. The subscription is monthly, with no commitment, cancellable in one click at any time, and handled end to end by Stripe — we never see your card. There's no hidden "pro" tier and no feature locked behind a higher plan: everyone gets the same complete Flishbook.
Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes. One active pot with every feature and up to ten participants, free forever, no card required. You can also create and archive as many pots as you like; only the number of pots active at the same time counts.
What happens if I don't pay?
Nothing disappears. You keep your free pot and all your data. If you had several active pots and the subscription ends, the most recent ones simply become read-only — your books stay intact and viewable, and everything becomes editable again the moment you reactivate flish+.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in one click, no reason needed. Cancellation is handled through Stripe from your account and takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for. No exit fees.
Is there a business plan?
No, on purpose. There's only one Flishbook, complete for everyone. A club, a collective or a team uses exactly the same tool as a flatshare — with flish+ for the volume if they need it.
